Our mobile bar is ideal for any event in Southwest Florida. We proudly serve Naples, Fort Myers, Labelle, Punta Gorda, Sarasota, Cape Coral, and North Fort Myers, and beyond. Whether you're hosting a wedding, a corporate event, or a birthday party, you can count on us to provide delicious drinks and exceptional service. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in Cape Coral. Travel within 50 miles from zip code 33993 is included in our package pricing. Additional mileage to be included in custom quote, based on venue location. Any location over 3 hours away from 33993, will require overnight lodging accommodations to be included in custom quote.

CAN YOU SERVE COFFEE/TEA?

Yes! We love cocktails but we love coffee (and tea) just as much. This is a great option for dry brunch events, baby showers, and coffee/dessert functions. We want each event to feel special, so whatever your vision is we can create a one-of-a-kind coffee/tea/hot chocolate/dessert service that is custom to your event!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?

We require a 50% deposit at time of booking to block off your date, with the balance remaining due 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation within 30 days prior to your event will result in a non-refundable deposit, with total contracted amount due. 

DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?

The trailer dimensions run 7 ft. wide x 9 ft. tall x 14 ft. hitch to bumper. So, we require a clear access path of 10 feet wide and 12 feet tall with a level surface to ensure we have plenty of room to maneuver and set up.

If your event is located somewhere without electricity and you’ve booked one of our bars requiring electricity, we can add a generator to your package.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

Dates during peak season book up well in advance, but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better.

DO YOU SELL ALCOHOL?

No, we do not sell alcohol of any kind. We simply serve the alcohol that has already been purchased by the host of the party.

WHERE DO WE BUY THE ALCOHOL?

 Since we are not licensed to sell alcohol, you can buy the alcohol anywhere you want! This removes any margin for error, helps you save money, and you get to keep the leftovers for the after party.

Due to state laws, you are responsible for getting it to the venue the day of the event.

ARE YOU INSURED?

YES! We have General Liability, Liquor Liability, and Event Insurances.
